The Role You’ll Play as a License Expert :

At Idalko, licenses are serious business, but that doesn’t mean the job has to be boring. As our License Expert, you make sure customers always have the right Atlassian licenses, at the right time, without drama.

You are the go-to person for everything related to licenses and subscriptions. When someone says: “Let’s ask licensing” , they mean you.

What you’ll actually do

Own the full license lifecycle

  • Handle renewals, upgrades, expansions, and new purchases
  • Keep a crystal-clear overview of customer subscriptions
  • Make sure customers never lose access because of “oops”

Be everyone’s go-to license nerd (in a good way)

  • Help customers choose the right licenses
  • Save Sales & Consultants from license headaches
  • Answer license questions before they become Slack emergencies

Stay ahead of Atlassian chaos

  • Track pricing, packaging & policy changes
  • Translate Atlassian updates into human language for Idalko & customers
  • Make sure we’re always up to date and compliant

Keep our house in order

  • Update license-related T&Cs and templates
  • Manage partner & registration programs
  • Keep our license docs clean and useful (hello Confluence)

Share the license wisdom

  • Train new team members on how we handle licensing
  • Improve and maintain license-related Confluence pages
  • Help Idalko scale its licensing setup

It would be great if you:

  • You love structure, but hate pointless bureaucracy

  • You’re detail-oriented, but pragmatic
  • You enjoy helping people and fixing messy processes
  • You stay calm when Atlassian changes things

  • You are fluent in Dutch, English, and French, both written and spoken
