What will you do as a Business Developer?
As a key driver of Idalko’s growth, you start by listening — understanding the goals and challenges of potential customers. You shape tailored solutions using tools like Atlassian or monday.com, always with a human-first approach.
You’ll build and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients, combining strategic thinking with hands-on action. Working across industries, you engage with decision-makers, advise them, and help close deals.
Together with our business consultants, marketing, and customer teams, you spot and act on new opportunities. You also grow your network and stay market-aware to keep moving forward.

You’re great at it if…
- You bring proven experience in B2B sales
- You’re proactive and enjoy carving out your own path
- You’re able to work regularly from our office in Arnhem (NL) or Berchem (BE)
- You have experience or a strong interest in digital collaboration tools, workflows, or process optimization
- You’re fluent in English; Dutch and/or French is a big plus, depending on where you’re based
