The Role

As our Office Assistant, you are the beating heart of our office. You make sure everything runs smoothly, from keeping the coffee stocked to handling invoices. No two days are the same, and that’s exactly what you love!
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Superhero: You manage emails and mail to keep everything organized. Incoming calls? You transfer them with a smile to the right colleague.
- Logistics Genius: You handle orders, manage office supplies, and ensure that everyone has a working laptop charger.
- Organizational Talent: You book travel for colleagues and arrange team activities (yes, even the annual team event!).
- Invoice Master: You prepare and process invoices, ensuring everything is financially in order.
- Office Cheerleader: You bring energy to the office, always ready with a smile and a helping hand.
What we are looking for
- A positive attitude and a good dose of energy.
- A talent for organization – you effortlessly juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Great communication skills (even when the printer mysteriously goes offline).
- Proficiency with Office tools (and maybe even a bit of Confluence, Jira, or another magic tool).
- Experience with invoice processing (or a willingness to learn quickly!).
- A proactive mindset – you see what needs to be done before anyone asks.
- Language skills: You speak and write fluently in Dutch, French, and English.
